Addició de polinomis
Per a sumar polinomis, sumem els monomis de mateix grau.

Exemple:
(-2x4 + 7x3+ 6x2 + 3x - 1) + (4x3- 6x2 + 9x - 5) =
-2x4 + 11x3 + 12x - 6
Perquè:
-2x4 + 0 = -2x4
7x3 + 4x3 = 11x3
6x2+ (- 6x2) = 0x2(que no s'escriu)
3x + 9x = 12x
- 1+(-5) = -6
