Valor numèric d'un polinomi
El valor numèric d'un polinomi és el nombre que s'obté substituint la indeterminada per un nombre.

Exemple: P(x) = 3x3 - 5x2 + 8x - 1
P(1) = 3·13 - 5·12 + 8·1 - 1= 5

ATENCIÓ A L'ORDRE DE LES OPERACIONS
P(x) = -3x4 -2x3 + 5x - 1
P(-2) = -3·(-2)4 -2·(-2)3 + 5·(-2) - 1
P(-2) = -3·(16) -2·(-8) + 5·(-2) - 1
P(-2) = -48 + 16 - 10 - 1= - 43
